Hello, hello and welcome!
I am really glad you made it here.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little. Grab a cuppa and settle in.
Hello, and welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to this space, there’s a good chance you’re busy. Life-full. Carrying a lot. Loving deeply. Doing your best to keep all the plates spinning while quietly wondering if there’s a different way to live, lead, and feel.
I’m Gayle.
I’m a mother of three, married to my husband Jayson, and our life looks much like many others – busy, busy, busy. But underneath the schedules and responsibilities, I’m deeply committed to bringing joy, fun, and adventure into my everyday life. Sometimes that looks like sitting quietly with the dog, hands in the garden, singing at the top of my lungs in the car, or simply letting myself be present with what’s right in front of me. I’ve learned that joy isn’t something you earn once everything is done – it’s something you practice along the way.
My journey here hasn’t been neat or linear. I’ve lived through heartbreak, tragedy, burnout, and family dysfunction. I’ve done the hard yards. I’ve fought battles I never thought I’d have to fight. And I’ve lost myself – and found myself again – more than once. When burnout came knocking and threatened to take everything I had built, I knew something had to change. I chose to reconnect with myself, to rebuild my business and my marriage from a place of alignment rather than exhaustion. That choice changed everything.
That journey is the foundation of the work I now do with other women.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked closely with people. I’ve heard thousands of stories, held space through grief and growth, and walked beside people as they remembered who they truly are. I’ve come to know humans extraordinarily well – how we cope, how we hide, how we push through, and how deeply we long to feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m known for being warm, funny, grounded, and deeply present, with a sharp strategic mind that loves bringing clarity to complexity.
I never thought of myself as “creative” in the traditional sense. I don’t sit with pens and paper or paint canvases. But what I’ve discovered is that my creativity lives in ideas – in seeing how things fit together, in structuring time and energy, in helping people turn big visions into something sustainable and real. Teaching this – the art of clarity, strategy, and intentional living – is one of my greatest joys.
Community sits at the heart of everything I do. Being in it. Working within it. Listening to the stories held inside it. This isn’t a side note in my life – it’s a core value. I also have a deep love for travel, culture, food (all the food), expansive views, and that humbling feeling of being small in big, beautiful spaces. And yet, my happiest place is by water. Vast lakes. Still reflections. Quiet. As I’ve grown older, stillness has become a trusted friend – something I’ve learned to cultivate deliberately in a world that moves far too fast.
I bring this same presence and depth into my community events, meditations, sound baths, and luxurious corporate weekends for founders and leaders. I’m affectionately known as a “pocket rocket” – dynamic, warm, grounded, and quietly powerful. You’ll likely notice there are many layers to the work I offer, because there are many layers to being human.
Some people say there comes a time when you should ease down. I don’t believe that. I believe in going for it – with intention, with wisdom, and with heart. You only live once. And if you can dream it, it’s possible.
I’m so glad you’re here.
This is my world.
Welcome.
Confidence without the performance. Boundaries without the guilt. A life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Not at all. Many high-functioning women join before hitting full burnout. If you feel constantly “on,” struggle to switch off, or know that “fine” is your autopilot answer when someone asks how you are, both programs can help.
-
That’s exactly who Gayle works with. Many clients are smart, self-aware, and have read all the books or tried multiple healing modalities. These programs aren’t about understanding more, they’re about finally integrating what you know into how you live, so the shifts actually last.
-
Warm, grounded, and real. Gayle doesn’t do hustle culture or airy-fairy jargon. She creates safe, supportive spaces where you can drop the armour, be honest about where you’re at, and feel guided without judgment.
-
That’s normal. Change feels big because it is big. Ask yourself: what’s it costing me to stay where I am? If you’re tired of “fine,” if burnout feels close, or if you want to live with more calm, confidence, and clarity now is the perfect time to start.
