-1x Meeting room with table and 7x dining chairs with vinyl timber flooring
-1X Larger open carpeted room with multi use options: 5 conference tables and 16 padded seats available
-2x Toilets
1x Kitchen - microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher
1x Couch and armchair
Small rural carpark for approx. 10 cars

The cottage is available for hire during the following days:
Mondays
Tuesdays
Wednesdays
Saturdays and Sunday
Please note: this is not a party venue. Alcohol and large events are not permitted nor is staying the night.
Rates
$150 minimum hire (covers 2 hours and includes access to both the main room and table room)
$250 all day hire
Additional hours available by request
$200 refundable bond (conditions apply)
